I must say, by the time I met with James I was a little despondent about the whole process. I had been carrying an extra 10 kg for the past five years and it seemed that even though I was working out reasonable regularly and working with a trainer, the weight never really seemed to come off, nor was I enjoying my sessions. Sincerely, Georgina David Bassett For most of my life, I have always been in the overweight category hovering around the 100kg mark, mainly due to my love for food and the lack of exercise. For years now, I have wanted to loose some weight and improve my level of health by using will power but each time I tried, my efforts would always fail after a few weeks. Even purchasing an exercise bike thinking that would be the answer, it wasn't long before it started to collect dust. The solution to my problem occurred when I discovered that James is a personal trainer. From the first session in which my health objectives and goals were determined, it has been a journey that has turned out to be one of my better decisions of my life. The results were almost immediate. Each session activities are pre-planned by James and cover a diverse range of exercises so boredom doesn't become an issue, while giving the entire body a good workout and is conducted in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. He has the gift to allow you to achieved new levels in your exercise program without it becoming overwhelming, but if you can't get there, that's ok too as he is always supportive in nature. Exercise is only one aspect in improving ones level of health, the other of course being diet. Here James has this area covered also with in-depth knowledge of the food and nutrition. He provides a suggested nutrition diet to try as well as weekly informative handout sheets about food and nutrition. After 12 months of being a client, I have dropped a significant 16kg, feel better and look like a new person. My knee joints no longer are sore due to the excess weight that they were carrying. For medical reasons, my wife and daughter are also clients of James, both experiencing the same type of results as myself. If you are serious about improving your level of health and wish to achieve this is a pleasant and supportive atmosphere, then I highly recommend having James as your personal trainer.
